1. 365-Day Return Policy
Customers who purchase products directly from the Cumrige official website may request a return within 365 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

Cumrige provides a 365-day limited warranty for products purchased directly from the Cumrige official website.
If a product develops a functional or quality issue under normal use during the warranty period, we will first assist the customer with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, we will provide one of the following solutions depending on the situation:

Cumrige cannot modify or override the policies of third-party marketplaces.

Malicious Refusal of Delivery
