1. 180-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 180-day return period from the date you receive your item.
If your product experiences any quality-related issues, we’ll provide a free replacement, a partial or full refund, or an equivalent product as compensation.

For quality-related issues covered by our warranty, we will offer:

  • A free replacement (at no additional cost to the customer);
  • A partial or full refund;
  • Or an equivalent product as compensation.

2. How to Request a Return or After-Sales Service

Please contact us within 180 days of receiving your product:

When reaching out, please provide the following information:

  • Your order number;
  • A detailed description of the issue;
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem;
  • A screenshot of the Tuya Smart App interface to help verify the device status.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and detailed return instructions.

3. Refund Information

  • For non-quality returns: Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs. Refunds cover only the product price, excluding shipping and handling fees.
  • For quality-related issues: Cumrige will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item passes inspection (usually within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider).
  • Malicious rejections (e.g., refusing delivery without valid reason) are not eligible for refunds.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • If you placed a duplicate or incorrect order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it to cancel.
  • Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a return after receipt.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We are committed to prompt delivery and typically ship orders within 6–12 hours after purchase.
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the delivery may be significantly delayed.

6. Important Notes

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
  • Requests made after 180 days for non-quality issues are not eligible.
  • Cumrige reserves the right to make the final interpretation of this policy, as permitted by applicable law.
