1. 365-Day Warranty Service (Official Website Orders Only)

From the date you receive your product, Cumrige provides a 365-day warranty for products purchased directly through the Cumrige official website.

During the 365-day warranty period, if the product develops a functional or quality issue under normal use, we will first assist the customer with troubleshooting and problem resolution, including but not limited to usage guidance, operation instructions, and remote diagnostics.

If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting or guidance, we will provide one of the following solutions based on the specific situation:

  • A free replacement of the same product model originally purchased.
  • Or a partial or full refund.

Warranty Eligibility Requirements:

  • The product must be within the 365-day warranty period;
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required;
  • The customer must provide clear photos, videos, or application log screenshots to help identify the issue;
  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper handling.

2. Applicable Purchase Channels

This policy applies only to orders placed on the Cumrige official website.

If you purchased this product through Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, or other e-commerce platforms or officially authorized third-party channels, your order will be subject to the return, refund, and warranty policies of the respective platform or seller. Cumrige does not have the authority to interfere with, modify, or replace any third-party platform policies.

3. Refund Information

  • Non-quality-related cases: Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs. Refunds will be issued for the product price only and will not include shipping or handling fees.

  • Quality-related issues: Please contact customer service and provide clear photos or videos. Once confirmed and deemed unsolvable, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or refund.

  • Malicious refusal of delivery (not caused by product damage, incorrect items, or packaging defects): No refund will be issued. Due to high international shipping costs, any resulting losses will be borne by the customer.

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval (if return is required). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically take 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Cases Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Requests based on personal preference (e.g., “I don’t like it” or “not what I expected”);
  • Packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information;
  • Delivery failure due to customer-related reasons (e.g., recipient unavailable);
  • Non-quality-related issues;
  • Gift cards, promotional items, customized products, or clearance items;
  • Damage caused by human error, self-repair, improper cleaning, pet bites, or misuse;
  • Items returned without prior approval from customer service.

5. How to Request Warranty or After-Sales Service

6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • If you placed an order by mistake or duplicated an order, you may request cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting customer service.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may request after-sales service after receiving the item.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We strive to process and ship orders quickly and typically dispatch orders within 6–12 hours after purchase.

  • Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete. If delivery fails or must be corrected due to incorrect or incomplete information, shipping time may be significantly delayed, and any resulting costs or consequences will be the customer’s responsibility.
