You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. We accept returns for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging.
Eligible Returns:

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
We will not accept returns under the following circumstances:

2. Refund Information

For non-quality returns: Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs. Refunds will be issued for the product price only, excluding shipping and handling fees;

For quality-related issues: Please contact customer service with clear photos or videos of the issue. Upon confirmation, we will cover the return shipping and offer a free replacement, repair, or full refund;

Malicious rejection (e.g., not due to product damage, incorrect items, or packaging defects): No refund will be issued. Since international shipping is costly, any losses caused by refusal will be the customer’s responsibility;

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (usually 3–7 business days).
3. No Returns or Refunds Will Be Provided For:

Packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses;

5. Order Cancellation Policy
