Currently, Cumrige only ships within the United States.
Free shipping applies to the continental U.S. only.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping, and additional fees may apply.

Address & Refusal Policy

You may update the shipping address or cancel your order within 60 minutes after placing it.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, no one available to receive it, or order refusal, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

Once the package is shipped, all risks and ownership are transferred to the customer. Please ensure your delivery details are correct.

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse to accept it and take photos as evidence. We will assist you with after-sales support.
Delivery Inspection & Confirmation

If no issues are reported within 48 hours of delivery, the order will be considered successfully fulfilled.

If you do not inspect the package upon delivery, it will be considered accepted and Cumrige will no longer be responsible for any issues.
