Purchases made directly through the Cumrige official website include a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering both litter box units.
This warranty applies to the litter box equipment only and does not cover consumable accessories such as litter liners, litter pads, filters, or other replaceable items.
For orders purchased through Amazon, Walmart, Chewy, or other third-party marketplaces, warranty coverage follows the policies of the respective platform. However, the Cumrige support team will continue to provide troubleshooting assistance and product support whenever possible.
