By the second day, she was fully comfortable with it operating automatically, which honestly exceeded my expectations. Cleaning has been easy, and it does what it promises. It is not bulky, which I appreciate, and it does not require as much litter as I expected. Another big plus is odor control, it has kept smells to a minimum without extra effort. I also really liked the price. Compared to other automatic litter boxes, this one feels like a great value for what it offers. The only downside for me is the app. It is not a dedicated app for the device, which makes the experience feel a bit less polished. Before, the first thing I’d do every day when I got home from work was to hold my nose and scoop the litter; in summer, the smell was absolutely suffocating. Since switching to this machine, my experience of owning a cat has been transformed! Now, when I come home every day, I’m greeted by a spotlessly clean litter tray. The moment my cat turns around, the machine springs into action without a sound; a few minutes later, all the clumps have been collected in the waste bag at the bottom. No more bending over to scrape away those sticky urine clumps stuck to the tray – I simply lift out the waste bag every few days and pop it in the bin. That sense of physical and mental relief is something you really have to experience to believe!

Should have done this sooner! With a kitten and a 8yo big boy, this litterbox has been a lifesaver. It works well, creates far less mess and we seldom smell the litterbox. It is quiet. The cats both acclimated quickly to it, although we did have initial concerns for our 20lb kitty fitting. All seems to be working well. We have found no leaks so far, and it clumps and removes waste quickly and efficiently. It is easy to remove the bags as well. We have not taken apart for a deep clean yet, so hoping tbat isnt an issue. Would suggest to others.

My cat likes it for her size about 9 pounds weight fits in perfectly and it’s good for more than one cat family to use to save time. Easy to set up and connect to the WiFi. It took about 5 minutes to set up and get to running.

LOVE this litter box! Has a very nice opening for my 22lb cats to get in and out. Love the fact that when it dumps it spreads the feces out instead of piling up in one spot. Love that it stops when it needs to be dumped instead of continuing to run and creating a mess on the outside of the box. Pretty decent with Oder control when dumped like normal.low noise! Very easy to assemble! If I had any request for update would be to have a child lock option for the manual buttons so my kids aren’t playing with them and accidentally dump the litter. To come with a litter mat and to be able to track which cat is using it with their weight. Other than that very nice litter box! Will be buying again to replace my other brand I have when it goes out!

This works exactly as advertised, it is a great set it and forget it.Especially if you plan ahead from your curious kittens. I ended up making a very simple five sided box using two foot by two foot squares and added a pair of wings interior to keep them from climbing in the back. If you do make a box, make sure to leave the very top side unsecured. So you can refill the litter. As you can see, by the pictures, it works exactly as intended with a little extra human ingenuity.

Easy to assemble and does the job well of scooping clumped cat litter. The box senses when a cat has used it and then waits the number of minutes you choose, when you program it, before it begins the cleaning cycle. I left it set at a 6 minutes delay so the cats would probably have left the room before the tumbler started to move. The cleaning cycle is very quiet and the cats got used to it very quickly. When you download the free app you can see the exact time the box is used, how long the cat was in the box, when the cleaning cycle ran, and even the weight of the cat. I have two cats and one is heavier than the other, so I know exactly how often each cat is using the box. You can also instruct the box remotely from the app to run a cleaning cycle.

I had to download an app to get it set up, and it gives a notification to my phone if a cat is using it & when the litter tray needs to be emptied. Definitely a smart purchase for someone with multiple cats.

Open design is great for various sizes. My tall cat has no problems as it is an open top design. Oder is still well controlled through sealed bags and whole thing is easy to set up. The materials are high quality and build is strong. The gears and machinery sound strong also. Open design is the way to go.

So far I’m really liking this litter box. It’s my first self cleaning one so I’m very excited to see how it does in the long run. The cleaning features are smooth, just don’t overfill the litter box. Initially my female tossed out paw fulls of litter, but again she’s getting used to it so we’ll see how to it goes. I wasn’t sure what type of litter to use so I just used what I normally use, fresh step multi cat and it’s working great. (It says to use mineral litter and all the googling in the world wouldn’t tell me what that was) My only concern is that is it a little smaller than what I had hoped. Someone said their Maine Coon fit perfectly yet my Maine Coon who is only about 5 months old is a tight fit. I’m hoping he gets used to it though so it won’t be an issue. My small calico however fits great. Ultimately the litter pan itself is the size of the cheap ones you can get at family dollar. The paw flinching feature is nice, especially as they are getting used to it and just want to investigate. I turned it to manual for now since they kept going in and out and it would cycle each time. You can set a down timer on it though which is nice if they’re constantly jumping in and out and you still want to leave it on auto.

Definitely is a no brained to buy this my cat loves it and all I have to do is change the pan! I highly recommend this to everyone

Very quiet and my cat loves it. For my one cat I need to empty the bottom about once a week and clean it every two weeks. The amount of litter that is tracked oit is more than a normal litterbox but with the open top it is expected. Litter stinks a little more

So far so good! I was nervous one of my cats would be upset about the change of litter box, because, well, the wind could blow from the east instead of the west and she’ll have a problem. I left the old litter box across from the new one and oddly enough she was the first cat to use it. I was getting notifications on my watch while at dinner that it was being used and cleaned. The pinch detector went off and I’d actually witnessed my youngest cat checking it out during a cleaning cycle out of curiosity and I was happy to see that it had stopped. We have four cats that range from 5lbs to 14.5lbs and they’ve all been registered at this point so they’ve all used them (I bought two). Installation was super easy and I’m happy with the amount of bags that came with it. I’m hoping these boxes really work out because I didn’t want to spring for the $700+ boxes; that’s just a ridiculous price for a litter box. I’m also hoping these eliminate the fight we always have to have someone clean the boxes daily. One thing I actually prefer about this one as compared to the high end is the openness. My fickle feline doesn’t like to be in enclosed spaces when she’s goes potty and she will not hesitate to poop right next to an enclosed box, or better yet, right on top of it. She’s lucky I love her. She has only left me one poop present outside of the box so far and I hope that’s the only one she’s leaves me ?? I suppose the tray itself could be a tad roomier but so far the cats don’t seem to mind and from looking at pictures I can’t say that the high end one is any bigger. I bought the low tracking litter and have noticed A LOT of litter on the floor around the two boxes (the old one and the new one) and I’m hoping it’s just because of the set up and not because they’re throwing the litter everywhere. So far I love it!

I need help!!! Mine won't connect to the app; it says it can't find the Wi-Fi. However, my Wi-Fi is working perfectly—it's used on the TV and on our phones without any issues. I've also already verified that it's a network greater than 5GB. Now, I don't know what to do.

I ran product all night with 4 cats and no smearing and weighs each cat. I have 17.6 lb cat that he actually prefers to use the automatic litter box over the standard litter box now. I love it so far. The only hard thing was setting up. You hold the wifi button on the litter box to get the litter box to connect to your wifi

I cannot praise these highly enough. After first buying one as a trial, we then got another. They work flawlessly and even large cats fit inside. There is no odor; they can be emptied every few days (we have multiple cats). The device motion is gentle and does not startle the cats. They also look really cool. Great labor saver.

This product has been very helpful especially for our furry family consisting of four cats! The litter box alerts us on the mobile app anytime one of our furry companions decide to enter and the sensors will stop it from rotating if it feels any of them on the box, which is very helpful with our inquisitive little ones. Also the self cleaning rotation is silent which is extremely helpful so it doesn’t wake us up in the middle of the night. I also find it very convenient that the bottom box contains trash bags that hold a decent amount of litter so we don’t have to constantly change out the bags. Overall it’s a great product and would recommend.

For the low price, I am actually pleasantly surprised by this purchase. Packaging was very well done, super protective and very professional. The quick start guide and instruction manuals are very well written and easy to understand. Assembly and setup with the app were seamless. The particular unit I received actually uses metal ball bearings at the pivot/turning points unlike other units, including the Litter Robot 4 that rotate plastic-on-plastic! Definitely a plus for this unit and a huge surprise at this price point. The unit is whisper quiet during cleaning and reset cycles and in terms of functionality, it does what it is meant to do. The app is intuitive, simple and not only does it log activity, but it also sends notifications for activities, errors or reminders to empty the waste bin. The app also allows you to check on status, remotely start a cleaning cycle as well as set your preferences for cleaning delay, set to manual or automatic, unit of weight, rename your litter box or view statistics. Now for the reasons I unfortunately cannot give this litter box a 5-star rating, barely a 4. 1. The app logs and notifications have very poor grammar and incorrect phrasing. Simple fix in software/programming. (See pic) 2. The filter screen spacing is too wide, allowing smaller bits of waste to get through and remain after a cleaning cycle instead of going into the waste bin 3. On my unit, the litter does not properly level after a cleaning or reset cycle, allowing more litter to sit toward the back causing the filter screen to sit on the litter rather than fully closing. This allows small to medium size waste/clumps to remain after a cleaning cycle instead of going into the waste bin. Leveling cycles/Resets did not correct this (see vid) 4. This is advertised as "10.5L airtight waste container. It can store up to 14 days’ worth of waste", however I got nowhere near that. With two cats, and running two separate litter boxes, I started getting notifications to empty the waste basket after just 4 days of use, and it stopped doing cleaning cycles on day 5 with a notification of "Bottom Infrared anti-pinch trigger" when the litter pile/pyramid reached the level of the sensors. 5. Does not track or differentiate usage or weight metrics by cat. Bundles the metrics as one. Almost perfect, just a few misses that slightly bring down user experience.. Still does the job at a very low price!

I’ve only had it for a few days and the cats already like it way more than the other ones.

This litter box has made my life so much easier! The money I save on litter is a bonus, and the anti-pinch sensors work amazingly because my cat thinks it's a toy and she keeps trying to get in it while it's cleaning but it always stops and sends a notification. The safety features are superb. The slightest weight stops it immediately. It even notifies you when the drawer is pulled in and out. The only downfall is that there is more litter on my floor from her playing in it. It's been over a month, but hopefully, she'll get bored with it.

This was a game changer for us. It works great. The only problem is the cat. She'll play in it when it starts moving, so it was sending me constant messages about the cat in the box. I was surprised by how tough they are; you can fill them up completely and not worry about them breaking on your way to the trash. The drawstring works great—it’s quick to close and mess-free. Also, the size is spot on; they have a bit of overhang so they stay put and don’t slip down. If you have a cat and are tired of flimsy grocery bags, these are definitely worth it.

I used to use a certain brand of automatic cat litter box before. When I was working at night, it was as noisy as a tractor, and I was often woken up. This one is truly super quiet. When it automatically cleans at night, the sound is very low and hardly disturbs my sleep and that of my cat. The motor runs smoothly and the vibration is very slight. Placing it in the corner of the bedroom is completely fine. Now, if I don't check the app, sometimes I don't even feel that it has just worked. The noise reduction effect is truly amazing!

I’m not sure if it’s because of the enclosed space, but she seems to prefer it much more than her regular litter box. The app is simple and straightforward to use. At first, I used manual cleaning because I was concerned it might injure my cat, but after observing how it works for a few days, I felt comfortable turning on the automatic cleaning feature. Their support team is through WhatsApp and response to my questions promptly . So far, it has been doing a great job. It’s perfect for my 6–pound cat, but it may not be spacious enough if the cat is a lot bigger.

Item works as intended. My cat was confused the first day we had it but now treats using the box like a fun sport. Even when he’s not using it he sits and wait for it to self clean. He’s very curious. Tries to stop it when it’s moving but the safety features work well. He unfortunately likes to set it into clean mode by scooping all of the litter out but I think he has his own issues now. Even the app and pairing to WiFi were very easy. I do wish I could adjust the weight sensor so it didn’t go into clean mode every time he touches the edge. All in all I wish I had this a long time ago

Since switching to this machine, my experience of owning a cat has been transformed! Now, when I come home every day, I’m greeted by a spotlessly clean litter tray. The moment my cat turns around, the machine springs into action without a sound; a few minutes later, all the clumps have been collected in the waste bag at the bottom. No more bending over to scrape away those sticky urine clumps stuck to the tray – I simply lift out the waste bag every few days and pop it in the bin. That sense of physical and mental relief is something you really have to experience to believe!

Should have done this sooner! With a kitten and a 8yo big boy, this litterbox has been a lifesaver. It works well, creates far less mess and we seldom smell the litterbox. It is quiet. The cats both acclimated quickly to it, although we did have initial concerns for our 20lb kitty fitting. All seems to be working well. We have found no leaks so far, and it clumps and removes waste quickly and efficiently. It is easy to remove the bags as well. We have not taken apart for a deep clean yet, so hoping tbat isnt an issue. Would suggest to others.

LOVE this litter box! Has a very nice opening for my 22lb cats to get in and out. Love the fact that when it dumps it spreads the feces out instead of piling up in one spot. Love that it stops when it needs to be dumped instead of continuing to run and creating a mess on the outside of the box. Pretty decent with Oder control when dumped like normal.low noise! Very easy to assemble! If I had any request for update would be to have a child lock option for the manual buttons so my kids aren’t playing with them and accidentally dump the litter. To come with a litter mat and to be able to track which cat is using it with their weight. Other than that very nice litter box! Will be buying again to replace my other brand I have when it goes out!

This works exactly as advertised, it is a great set it and forget it.Especially if you plan ahead from your curious kittens. I ended up making a very simple five sided box using two foot by two foot squares and added a pair of wings interior to keep them from climbing in the back. If you do make a box, make sure to leave the very top side unsecured. So you can refill the litter. As you can see, by the pictures, it works exactly as intended with a little extra human ingenuity.

Easy to assemble and does the job well of scooping clumped cat litter. The box senses when a cat has used it and then waits the number of minutes you choose, when you program it, before it begins the cleaning cycle. I left it set at a 6 minutes delay so the cats would probably have left the room before the tumbler started to move. The cleaning cycle is very quiet and the cats got used to it very quickly. When you download the free app you can see the exact time the box is used, how long the cat was in the box, when the cleaning cycle ran, and even the weight of the cat. I have two cats and one is heavier than the other, so I know exactly how often each cat is using the box. You can also instruct the box remotely from the app to run a cleaning cycle.

Open design is great for various sizes. My tall cat has no problems as it is an open top design. Oder is still well controlled through sealed bags and whole thing is easy to set up. The materials are high quality and build is strong. The gears and machinery sound strong also. Open design is the way to go.

So far I’m really liking this litter box. It’s my first self cleaning one so I’m very excited to see how it does in the long run. The cleaning features are smooth, just don’t overfill the litter box. Initially my female tossed out paw fulls of litter, but again she’s getting used to it so we’ll see how to it goes. I wasn’t sure what type of litter to use so I just used what I normally use, fresh step multi cat and it’s working great. (It says to use mineral litter and all the googling in the world wouldn’t tell me what that was) My only concern is that is it a little smaller than what I had hoped. Someone said their Maine Coon fit perfectly yet my Maine Coon who is only about 5 months old is a tight fit. I’m hoping he gets used to it though so it won’t be an issue. My small calico however fits great. Ultimately the litter pan itself is the size of the cheap ones you can get at family dollar. The paw flinching feature is nice, especially as they are getting used to it and just want to investigate. I turned it to manual for now since they kept going in and out and it would cycle each time. You can set a down timer on it though which is nice if they’re constantly jumping in and out and you still want to leave it on auto.

Definitely is a no brained to buy this my cat loves it and all I have to do is change the pan! I highly recommend this to everyone

Very quiet and my cat loves it. For my one cat I need to empty the bottom about once a week and clean it every two weeks. The amount of litter that is tracked oit is more than a normal litterbox but with the open top it is expected. Litter stinks a little more

So far so good! I was nervous one of my cats would be upset about the change of litter box, because, well, the wind could blow from the east instead of the west and she’ll have a problem. I left the old litter box across from the new one and oddly enough she was the first cat to use it. I was getting notifications on my watch while at dinner that it was being used and cleaned. The pinch detector went off and I’d actually witnessed my youngest cat checking it out during a cleaning cycle out of curiosity and I was happy to see that it had stopped. We have four cats that range from 5lbs to 14.5lbs and they’ve all been registered at this point so they’ve all used them (I bought two). Installation was super easy and I’m happy with the amount of bags that came with it. I’m hoping these boxes really work out because I didn’t want to spring for the $700+ boxes; that’s just a ridiculous price for a litter box. I’m also hoping these eliminate the fight we always have to have someone clean the boxes daily. One thing I actually prefer about this one as compared to the high end is the openness. My fickle feline doesn’t like to be in enclosed spaces when she’s goes potty and she will not hesitate to poop right next to an enclosed box, or better yet, right on top of it. She’s lucky I love her. She has only left me one poop present outside of the box so far and I hope that’s the only one she’s leaves me ?? I suppose the tray itself could be a tad roomier but so far the cats don’t seem to mind and from looking at pictures I can’t say that the high end one is any bigger. I bought the low tracking litter and have noticed A LOT of litter on the floor around the two boxes (the old one and the new one) and I’m hoping it’s just because of the set up and not because they’re throwing the litter everywhere. So far I love it!

I need help!!! Mine won't connect to the app; it says it can't find the Wi-Fi. However, my Wi-Fi is working perfectly—it's used on the TV and on our phones without any issues. I've also already verified that it's a network greater than 5GB. Now, I don't know what to do.

I ran product all night with 4 cats and no smearing and weighs each cat. I have 17.6 lb cat that he actually prefers to use the automatic litter box over the standard litter box now. I love it so far. The only hard thing was setting up. You hold the wifi button on the litter box to get the litter box to connect to your wifi

I cannot praise these highly enough. After first buying one as a trial, we then got another. They work flawlessly and even large cats fit inside. There is no odor; they can be emptied every few days (we have multiple cats). The device motion is gentle and does not startle the cats. They also look really cool. Great labor saver.

This product has been very helpful especially for our furry family consisting of four cats! The litter box alerts us on the mobile app anytime one of our furry companions decide to enter and the sensors will stop it from rotating if it feels any of them on the box, which is very helpful with our inquisitive little ones. Also the self cleaning rotation is silent which is extremely helpful so it doesn’t wake us up in the middle of the night. I also find it very convenient that the bottom box contains trash bags that hold a decent amount of litter so we don’t have to constantly change out the bags. Overall it’s a great product and would recommend.

For the low price, I am actually pleasantly surprised by this purchase. Packaging was very well done, super protective and very professional. The quick start guide and instruction manuals are very well written and easy to understand. Assembly and setup with the app were seamless. The particular unit I received actually uses metal ball bearings at the pivot/turning points unlike other units, including the Litter Robot 4 that rotate plastic-on-plastic! Definitely a plus for this unit and a huge surprise at this price point. The unit is whisper quiet during cleaning and reset cycles and in terms of functionality, it does what it is meant to do. The app is intuitive, simple and not only does it log activity, but it also sends notifications for activities, errors or reminders to empty the waste bin. The app also allows you to check on status, remotely start a cleaning cycle as well as set your preferences for cleaning delay, set to manual or automatic, unit of weight, rename your litter box or view statistics. Now for the reasons I unfortunately cannot give this litter box a 5-star rating, barely a 4. 1. The app logs and notifications have very poor grammar and incorrect phrasing. Simple fix in software/programming. (See pic) 2. The filter screen spacing is too wide, allowing smaller bits of waste to get through and remain after a cleaning cycle instead of going into the waste bin 3. On my unit, the litter does not properly level after a cleaning or reset cycle, allowing more litter to sit toward the back causing the filter screen to sit on the litter rather than fully closing. This allows small to medium size waste/clumps to remain after a cleaning cycle instead of going into the waste bin. Leveling cycles/Resets did not correct this (see vid) 4. This is advertised as "10.5L airtight waste container. It can store up to 14 days’ worth of waste", however I got nowhere near that. With two cats, and running two separate litter boxes, I started getting notifications to empty the waste basket after just 4 days of use, and it stopped doing cleaning cycles on day 5 with a notification of "Bottom Infrared anti-pinch trigger" when the litter pile/pyramid reached the level of the sensors. 5. Does not track or differentiate usage or weight metrics by cat. Bundles the metrics as one. Almost perfect, just a few misses that slightly bring down user experience.. Still does the job at a very low price!

This litter box has made my life so much easier! The money I save on litter is a bonus, and the anti-pinch sensors work amazingly because my cat thinks it's a toy and she keeps trying to get in it while it's cleaning but it always stops and sends a notification. The safety features are superb. The slightest weight stops it immediately. It even notifies you when the drawer is pulled in and out. The only downfall is that there is more litter on my floor from her playing in it. It's been over a month, but hopefully, she'll get bored with it.

I’m not sure if it’s because of the enclosed space, but she seems to prefer it much more than her regular litter box. The app is simple and straightforward to use. At first, I used manual cleaning because I was concerned it might injure my cat, but after observing how it works for a few days, I felt comfortable turning on the automatic cleaning feature. Their support team is through WhatsApp and response to my questions promptly . So far, it has been doing a great job. It’s perfect for my 6–pound cat, but it may not be spacious enough if the cat is a lot bigger.

Item works as intended. My cat was confused the first day we had it but now treats using the box like a fun sport. Even when he’s not using it he sits and wait for it to self clean. He’s very curious. Tries to stop it when it’s moving but the safety features work well. He unfortunately likes to set it into clean mode by scooping all of the litter out but I think he has his own issues now. Even the app and pairing to WiFi were very easy.
