It works shockingly well and my ancient cat loves it. This unit is really tall, so being a mobility restricted cat he needs a step ladder to get in. But he uses it multiple times a day. It works exactly as advertised. It has an auto stop when the tray below gets full so I don't need to check it. Life is awesome.

This automatic litter box works fantastically so far. Easy to assemble. Easy to use. It connects to WiFi. Download the app and you can control when to clean, empty, and reset the litter box, even the timing it should wait to clean after it senses the cat used it. Weight will also be recorded. The cat litter box does have to be very close to the router to connect for the first time but once it does, you can move the box farther away. It comes with bags that collect the poop and the dumper is spacious. The cat litter box does stop when it senses the cat is using it so it is pretty safe. I have a Maine Coon mix (big cat) and a Domestic Short Hair (small cat) and they fit fine, so it is spacious. We will see if it keeps working after a while but for now, perfect.

Easy to set up on the app. Use for two news kittens for a week. It does not sense their urine automatically bc they are tiny right bow but number 2 gets registered fine. Let you know all the things you want to on the app if you play around with it. You can also turn it to manual if your nervous it wont sense your baby

Loving it so far. Definitely self cleans. My cat’s poop is small sometimes so it sometimes slide through the catcher. But honestly I’m just nitpicking. Tried to get it to work with Alexa but no luck there, again me nitpicking. What matters is the app works for it and my cats are using it.

Great product. Easy to set up and get cats to use. I love that it gives the cat's weight, as it's easier to keep an eye out for medical issues. The only downside is smell, as you're taking buried waste and unburying it. It's not a huge deal - and probably an issue with all automatic litter boxes - as long as you empty the tray often. I just wouldn't recommend it for a heavily trafficked area. I love it, though! Saves me a lot of time!

I've never had anything like this before but it's great. The sensors work awesome. I love that it tells me the weight of the kitten. It has some glitches sometimes in the app on my phone but the device is fine. The only thing I dont like is there's nothing but the small brush to use to get clumps off the bottom but thats a minor issue really. I would recommend this with clumping pretty litter. Easy to put together. The buttons that lock on the sides are a little rough but fine and once locked they are good. It's been used for going on 2 weeks and no issues so the build is good so far.

You have to pay for the app if you want to be notified of its status. The idea is nice- however, I’m struggling with it constantly getting stuck in the empty/ clean position and now my cat is doing his business in the floor. The antigravity pinch constantly is triggered. No matter what I do. I tried to start a return but the label is t showing on my end. Not sure how to get this resolved or sent back now.

This has to be one of the best purchases I have ever made. My cats switched over to this automatic litter box easily. I think one of the reasons is because it is basically silent, so quiet. I get alerts when they enter and it cleans as well as their weight. My biggest cat is 15lbs and works well for him too. It is easy to clean and the app tells me when to empty the bottom bin.

It gets stuck on the wrong side if a cat geys in it. So you CAN NOT leave cats alone if you are out of town. The "cleanable" liner starts smelling horrible and does not clean well. Poop gets stuck on other side of grate and doesn't dump. I hate it! And customer service did nothing to help

Piece of junk! We finally burned the box to it. I bought it in July but just set it up late in August. It quit working the same day we got rid of the box. I can get another box, but how’s that for luck? If anyone has an address or phone number to these people- PLEASE post it!! I haven’t heard back yet. I noticed the pissed consumer number to Amazon doesn’t work anymore, either. Mine won’t even light up.

Easy to set up and cleaning process works. Cons: no notification when the infrared sensors pause cleaning because the bottom tray needs emptying which causes it to be stuck mid clean. The tray for litter is fairly shallow. My cat digs a hole to pee in and then covers it. With the tray so shallow it means it clumps and sticks to the liner. The min and max fill lines are very similar and requires frequent checking to add litter. For a robot litter box, it feels like more work than just scooping a basic box daily. The box is a little cramped for a larger cat to turn around in.
Pro: weight detection for my 13 pound cat has been pretty accurate. The open top gives room for my big boy's height. The box is very quiet in the cleaning cycle. The box is lightweight when removing to deep clean.

I got the open top because one of my cats does not like the box litter boxes. Which is good and bad. My other cat likes to dig to china when she uses it and flings liter all over the floor. That is the one thing I dislike. But it isn’t the litter boxes fault. But both my cats took to it in a couple of days and now they always have clean litter. I have been doing a super clean on it once a month. There is vinyl where the litter sits. It can hold an odor. But I discovered using vinegar to clean it removes the odor. Would I buy it again knowing what I know now ? Absolutely!

I had high hopes for this self-cleaning litter box, but it’s turned into more of a headache than a help. I’m constantly battling it. Every 3–5 days I end up doing a full clean, removing the liner, and scrubbing the whole thing down since it won’t correctly spin. For a product that’s supposed to make life easier, it feels like way too much work.
The box also leaks urine, which is messy and unpleasant. On top of that, the self-cleaning mechanism seems to run in reverse half the time, dumping all the litter into the waste compartment below instead of cleaning properly. I’ve tried doing a full reset every few days, but it doesn’t fix the issue. Now, the last two lights just keep blinking constantly, no matter what I do.
Overall, this product has been unreliable and frustrating. Instead of saving me time, it’s created more maintenance and stress

With all that said, I'd chose differently. This one worked well for a bit, but even from the beginning the anti-pinch sensor went off EVERYTIME. Thought I had figured it out or would just hit reset. We tried to troubleshoot this every way possible and nothing helped. We bought it a while ago but only set it up last Saturday (today is Thursday). At first, the cats took to using it fine — but now they’ve started pooping outside of it because it constantly gets stuck halfway through the cycle, leaving it jammed and unusable. For the price, this is nothing but an overpriced piece of garbage. To make matters worse, it’s outside the return window, so I’m stuck with it. Save yourself the frustration and money — absolutely avoid this litter box.

The space I am putting this in is a little confined, but I really wanted an automatic litterbox. The ones with a top are just too big for the space, but this one fits perfectly. I researched several and picked this one based on price and reviews and I am very pleased with it. It is well made, works great, and does a really good job keeping the litterbox clean. Highly recommended.

I really wanted to like this litter box. We have another brand that we love (and other than a weekly cleanout have never had to attend to any issues in 6+ months!), but our older kitty needed an open top. This one had decent reviews so we ordered it. The first one came with a broken piece. The company quickly replaced, so that was great, but it's been nothing but problems since we got the new litter box set up. It sends 1 or more error codes every day, and when it sends an error code, it won't clean, or stops mid-clean so kitty can't use her littler box. We contacted support - they were pretty responsive at first, but that has slowed as we keep having issues. The "support" has been constant adjustments to how perfectly flat the bag is in the pan (not really possible when a cat is in and out, and it has moving parts?!?), the legs on the floor (we don't move the box, so not sure how it keeps triggering?), and using tweezers to clean out litter caught in the cracks!?! No thank you! We currently spend significantly more time attending to our automatic litter box than we ever did to our old-fashioned plastic scoop the mess yourself box. Plus, it throws so much litter around, so I guess we'd have to attend to it daily just for that. And the app is not user friendly and keeps trying to connect with other devices in our house. Such a bad purchase :(

This worked well for a couple months and now at month three it won’t dump the waste into the bottom drawer. The top portion will rotate and then seems to fall off the track somehow and then will not complete the rotation enough to get rid of the waste. We’ve tried fixing it countless times and it will not dump it. We are so bummed to have spent this amount and it stop working just outside the return window.

I put together and set up this litter box for my three cats about four days ago. It worked perfectly.Today I wasn’t home, but I received text messages that the cats were not using the litter box. once I got home, I saw that the litter box had been used more than once. There seem to be some litter scattered where it shouldn’t be so I clean that up and press clean. Most of the debris is cleared out, but chunks of pee clumps are not being scooped and put in the box. The “teeth“ need to be closer together or perhaps I need to set it to wait a little longer for it to get all of the pee clumps. Anyway, despite the fact, the cats have used the box and it didn’t run, I’m keeping a close eye on it and keeping it clean so the electric eyes will know when it should run. If it just needed a little wiping down around the electric eyes (I’ve perused this listing and nowhere does it describe where the internal eyes are), then hopefully this will do it. If it continues to not run 10 minutes after it’s been used, then back it will go.
I will come back and update this review at that time.

This automatic litter box works fantastically so far. Easy to assemble. Easy to use. It connects to WiFi. Download the app and you can control when to clean, empty, and reset the litter box, even the timing it should wait to clean after it senses the cat used it. Weight will also be recorded. The cat litter box does have to be very close to the router to connect for the first time but once it does, you can move the box farther away. It comes with bags that collect the poop and the dumper is spacious. The cat litter box does stop when it senses the cat is using it so it is pretty safe. I have a Maine Coon mix (big cat) and a Domestic Short Hair (small cat) and they fit fine, so it is spacious. We will see if it keeps working after a while but for now, perfect.

The only downside is smell, as you're taking buried waste and unburying it. It's not a huge deal - and probably an issue with all automatic litter boxes - as long as you empty the tray often. I just wouldn't recommend it for a heavily trafficked area. I love it, though! Saves me a lot of time!

I've never had anything like this before but it's great. The sensors work awesome. I love that it tells me the weight of the kitten. It has some glitches sometimes in the app on my phone but the device is fine. The only thing I dont like is there's nothing but the small brush to use to get clumps off the bottom but thats a minor issue really. I would recommend this with clumping pretty litter. Easy to put together. The buttons that lock on the sides are a little rough but fine and once locked they are good. It's been used for going on 2 weeks and no issues so the build is good so far.

This has to be one of the best purchases I have ever made. My cats switched over to this automatic litter box easily. I think one of the reasons is because it is basically silent, so quiet. I get alerts when they enter and it cleans as well as their weight. My biggest cat is 15lbs and works well for him too. It is easy to clean and the app tells me when to empty the bottom bin.

It gets stuck on the wrong side if a cat geys in it. So you CAN NOT leave cats alone if you are out of town. The "cleanable" liner starts smelling horrible and does not clean well. Poop gets stuck on other side of grate and doesn't dump. I hate it! And customer service did nothing to help

Piece of junk! We finally burned the box to it. I bought it in July but just set it up late in August. It quit working the same day we got rid of the box. I can get another box, but how’s that for luck? If anyone has an address or phone number to these people- PLEASE post it!! I haven’t heard back yet. Easy to set up and cleaning process works. Cons: no notification when the infrared sensors pause cleaning because the bottom tray needs emptying which causes it to be stuck mid clean. The tray for litter is fairly shallow. My cat digs a hole to pee in and then covers it. With the tray so shallow it means it clumps and sticks to the liner. The min and max fill lines are very similar and requires frequent checking to add litter. For a robot litter box, it feels like more work than just scooping a basic box daily. The box is a little cramped for a larger cat to turn around in.
Pro: weight detection for my 13 pound cat has been pretty accurate. The open top gives room for my big boy's height. The box is very quiet in the cleaning cycle. The box is lightweight when removing to deep clean.

I have been doing a super clean on it once a month. There is vinyl where the litter sits. It can hold an odor. But I discovered using vinegar to clean it removes the odor. Would I buy it again knowing what I know now ? Absolutely!

Every 3–5 days I end up doing a full clean, removing the liner, and scrubbing the whole thing down since it won’t correctly spin. The box also leaks urine, which is messy and unpleasant. On top of that, the self-cleaning mechanism seems to run in reverse half the time, dumping all the litter into the waste compartment below instead of cleaning properly. I’ve tried doing a full reset every few days, but it doesn’t fix the issue. Now, the last two lights just keep blinking constantly, no matter what I do.

We tried to troubleshoot this every way possible and nothing helped. We bought it a while ago but only set it up last Saturday (today is Thursday). At first, the cats took to using it fine — but now they’ve started pooping outside of it because it constantly gets stuck halfway through the cycle, leaving it jammed and unusable. For the price, this is nothing but an overpriced piece of garbage. To make matters worse, it’s outside the return window, so I’m stuck with it. The space I am putting this in is a little confined, but I really wanted an automatic litterbox. The ones with a top are just too big for the space, but this one fits perfectly. I researched several and picked this one based on price and reviews and I am very pleased with it. It is well made, works great, and does a really good job keeping the litterbox clean. I really wanted to like this litter box. We have another brand that we love (and other than a weekly cleanout have never had to attend to any issues in 6+ months!), but our older kitty needed an open top. This one had decent reviews so we ordered it. The first one came with a broken piece. The company quickly replaced, so that was great, but it's been nothing but problems since we got the new litter box set up. It sends 1 or more error codes every day, and when it sends an error code, it won't clean, or stops mid-clean so kitty can't use her littler box. We contacted support - they were pretty responsive at first, but that has slowed as we keep having issues. The "support" has been constant adjustments to how perfectly flat the bag is in the pan (not really possible when a cat is in and out, and it has moving parts?!?), the legs on the floor (we don't move the box, so not sure how it keeps triggering?), and using tweezers to clean out litter caught in the cracks!?! No thank you! We currently spend significantly more time attending to our automatic litter box than we ever did to our old-fashioned plastic scoop the mess yourself box. Plus, it throws so much litter around, so I guess we'd have to attend to it daily just for that. And the app is not user friendly and keeps trying to connect with other devices in our house. Such a bad purchase :(

This worked well for a couple months and now at month three it won’t dump the waste into the bottom drawer. The top portion will rotate and then seems to fall off the track somehow and then will not complete the rotation enough to get rid of the waste. We’ve tried fixing it countless times and it will not dump it. We are so bummed to have spent this amount and it stop working just outside the return window.

There seem to be some litter scattered where it shouldn’t be so I clean that up and press clean. Most of the debris is cleared out, but chunks of pee clumps are not being scooped and put in the box. The “teeth“ need to be closer together or perhaps I need to set it to wait a little longer for it to get all of the pee clumps. Anyway, despite the fact, the cats have used the box and it didn’t run, I’m keeping a close eye on it and keeping it clean so the electric eyes will know when it should run. If it just needed a little wiping down around the electric eyes (I’ve perused this listing and nowhere does it describe where the internal eyes are), then hopefully this will do it. If it continues to not run 10 minutes after it’s been used, then back it will go.

This litter box is so amazing. It doesn’t close all the way which is perfect because my cats love an open litter. All I did was take out the box then put the legs on and it was done! The cycle when cleaning doesn’t take long at all and when linking it to my phone it was very easy. Highly recommend!

Just set this up today. My only issue is it is a little smaller than expected so my one chunky kitty doesn’t seem comfortable in it. My other kitty loves it! And I love that it automatically dumps the waste in a garbage below! 4 stars due to size. Other than that, so far so good!
