I have not had any issues with it’s functionality.
I originally used it as a manual box because my cat was scared of it when it would clean. (I strongly suggest gradually introducing an automatic litter box to a cat not used to one because we had some issues at first with my cat not wanting to use it). In manual mode you just have to press the "clean" button and
it cleans the box. I love love love that this has an app because I was able to manually clean the box while we were on vacation through the app! After she got used to it I changed it to automatic to clean 30 minutes after she uses it. The safety sensor is very sensitive which doesn't make me worry about her getting trapped in the box when it cleans. We change the litter drawer every week on trash day and have not had any issues with it overflowing (we only have 1 cat so may be different with multiples). I like the convenience of just removing the bag and replacing it instead of having to scoop litter! I truly think it helps with the litter box smell in our house compared to a regular litter box. When I change/add litter I wipe down the liner with a Clorox wipe and spray it with pooph odor eliminator.

Let's be honest, cleaning litter boxes sucks. It's extra bad for us, because our dogs, for whatever reason, just LOVE cat doo, so we had to be on point, all the time - with two cats, we were scooping poo out of the litter box 10 times a day, or else our dogs would greet us with crunchy happy faces. We finally splurged on this device, and it is a GAME CHANGER. It's more than big enough to support two cats, it's very well built, heavy enough to be stable but light enough to move around and do the occasional internal cleaning (once every month or so it's a good idea to wipe down the walls). The robe-cleaning mechanism is very clever - it's quiet enough that we don't notice it running at night. It has a clever app that goes along with it that gives a wealth of information you never thought was possible; what cat when to the bathroom when, what kind of bathroom, HOW MUCH YOUR CAT WEIGHS (!!!), litter levels...it's ingenious. And the way it's built, and the way it cleans, means there are no more doo-treats for the beagles.

For how much this litter box cost I really would expect a lot more. There is a gravity trigger and a sensor trigger that constantly goes off. It stops the drum from fully rotating and then you have to manually reset it from the app. I find myself doing this every other time my cats used the litter box. It eliminates the need for scooping, but now I feel like I have to babysit the litter box on top of everything else. It does not mask. The smell as well as other reviews are saying that it does and I find myself having to manually scrape off pee chunks and poop chunks from the removable tray. Sad to say I would not recommend this.

It’s easy to empty and has a lot of space to hold everything. It’s built well and has a light which is super nice. It comes with a deodorant pod but I recommend buying deodorant beads or powder as well. It’s also super easy to use with the app. I’m also glad it came with bags so you don’t have to buy separate ones

I was very skeptical when my wife brought up she wanted to bring her cat. I really didn’t think it was a product. I didn’t take it but because I’m ever loving supporting husband, happy wife happy life I went along.
It arrived in a nice package very lightweight with all the items shipped inside. The drum and assembly was very easy and it came with a very large instruction card on how to put it together as well as how to operate the app and I didn’t even need my glasses to read.
We use the combination of treats patient get our cats used to use it and now they really love the product and we enjoy the convenience of not having to empty the box every day or every few days as well as as much cleaner and much less hassle and no smell

I like it but mine keep getting a anti gravity trigger mid clean, I have to either walk over to it to press the clean button to make it continue or hit reset in the app if im not around.

This thing does it's job, it scoops the litter all by itself but there's a few downsides.
1) when it's full, It doesn't notify you or blink or something. Instead it just opens the bottom where all the feces is stored and leaves it open. Most of the time I know I need to replace it after it's been three hours and my house smells like cat feces.
2) you can't empty the litter box with the button. My guess is you have to use the app. I've hit the button a thousand times and it won't empty the box.

The app is great and the size of this box is great. A big con is the leaking of pee. As the photos show, the liner has gaps and those gaps just allow pee to get all over. I only used this for a week and found pee all down the inside of the drum. Overtime, this would progressively smell worse and worse. Luckily I noticed within the return window. The rake also has large holes and sometimes breaks the clumps into small pieces. Now I have to pack this stinky used box up to send back to the company. It’s not saving me anytime and I wish I would’ve just spent more for a better unit.

Have only had this for a month & the drum is constantly getting stuck in rotation. Ive cleaned it, wiped the sensor, made sure the litter drawer is placed properly, & that the litter wasnt too full. Nothing fixes it. I have to keep pushing the restart button to get it to finish the cycle. Wouldnt recommend

Love this self cleaning litter box. After years of trying other litter boxes, this one makes life so easy. Odors is concealed with a closed off bin where waste is dumped right after cats eliminate. I have two cats and they learned how to use it right away. Every couple of days I pull out the bin and seal up the disposable bag with the waste. I replace it with a new bag and slide the bin back in and my task is done. The litter box comes with two rolls of disposable bags. Great system and works great.

Only had this for about a week, but initial impressions are that it works great and is of very good quality. It was easy to assembly and seems built very sturdy. It is quite large, so keep that in mind.
It seems to function very well. The app keeps a log of when cats enter - recording their weight and toilet duration - then self-cleans after they are done. Cleaning is smooth and works very well. The sensors pickup the cats (or my hand) entering while cleaning and quickly stop it... resuming after things are clear. So I think this is pretty safe.
It controls smell well by sealing off the "used litter" compartment while not in use. It's also easy to empty (replace) the used litter bag (it comes with 2 rolls of bags - maybe 50-60 of them?).
The only slight downside I see is the app is a little quirky. It was clearly written in another language (Chinese?) and a few things are odd about it - but it does work well overall. I'm also not sure how accurate the weight sensor is as it sometimes gives readings that seem too high/low. Examples: 2.5 lbs (none of my cats are that small) or 30.8 lbs (none are that big), but maybe that's just the cats playing with it causing bad readings....
Last note: This thing will save you a LOT of litter vs a standard litter box as it quickly separates used litter from clean litter, only using a small amount of litter each time!

I have to say, this automatic litter box has completely transformed my life as a cat owner. With two cats, scooping the litter box twice a day was a constant chore, and keeping the odor under control felt like a never-ending battle. The sensor must constantly be cleaned because this gets stuck in the middle of cleaning when the sensor is blocked and doesn’t clean after the cats when the use it, making the little clog up and get stuck in the top. The sensor must be a pin size because it is seriously ALYWAYS getting blocked! Was hoping to save time and the stink but… this is not happening when it’s not cleaning its self like it is supposed too… this is a daily thing and still daily needs to keep it running…. Very disappointed. If I know it would’ve been this much work I would’ve just the traditional box! Which is easier to clean by the way!

I hated emptying the litter box everyday, now I only do it it every third or fourth day, no scooping everything falls in a plastic bag I simply throw it away, and add a little litter. I haven’t tried the online features as my internet at my new house hasent started yet BUT I’m loving this !! I hate scooping cat litter but I love my cats , I have 2! I was worried that my senior rescue cat wouldn’t use it but he took to it very quickly and both my cats fit well!!
It’s retained a couple spots of used litter on the straining tray but the brush it comes with works to just swipe it off ! I’ve only had it for about a week and my cats use the bathroom ALOT especially my kitten so I’ve changed the collecting bag twice once it reaches about half full (when I start to smell it ). It came with 2 rolls of the bags for the tray and they will last me awhile. The sensors detect the cat well and I have had no issues so far !
Definitely recommending to my other cat mom friends ! I’ll update once the internet portion is back up.

We received our Fumoi Self Cleaning litter box back in May 2025. We purchased it for a small kitten. The unit's entrance was quite high so we stacked books so our kitten could climb into the litter box by herself. Simple packaging and minimal assembly required. From unpacking the unit to full operation with mechanical litter box litter (not included) fully operational was under 5 minutes. Instructions were easy and clear. We have the litter box in my wife's small office. Not once have we smelled the stench of a litter box. This thing works as advertised...zero issues in almost 5 months of daily usage. Highly recommended this product at a fantastic price.

This is a really nice self-cleaning litter box! The litter rarely sticks, and I only need to surface clean the inside once in three months. The odor control is very nice. I have two cats, and I only need to empty the dirty compartment once a week. My cats learned how to use the litter box the first day. I have to say at first I was skeptical of this thing and thought my car would never go in it! However I was proven wrong, this litter box is pretty cool, easy, and convenient. The app tells you how many times your cat used it and how many times it has went through a cleaning cycle. It has a color changing light inside for a night light and it also keeps track of your kitties weight. All in all I have to say this thing is great!

I had this in the box for a bit before I set it up, mostly because my kittens were too small to meet the weight requirements. I must say I was a bit intimidated when I first opened the box but I was pleasantly surprised because the assembly and internet hook up was seamless. The instructions were great! It took a few weeks for my kittens to get used to the use of that. I just kept putting them in there and now they use it regularly. It's quiet and the clean up is life changing. No more scooping. I still have the other littler box out but I will be purchasing another one to take its place. I have two cats so really need another one. Love the app since it tells me when they are going and when to change the bag. The price is also great

Great, affordable automatic litter box! My kitties were a little unsure at first, but I put in some litter attractant and now all four of them use it. With four cats, I REALLY value not having to scoop the litter box every day. I can also see in the app when it was used and the duration of the pee/poop. It notifies me when the bag needs changed and it cycles automatically! It also came with a good bit of bags to start which was super helpful.

Love not having to clean out the litter box everyday. Ideal for 1-2 cats. It is quiet. It’s easy to use except it does sit up off the ground higher than some. Because of this, the cats get litter all over outside of box. Would recommend a larger mat underneath.

We have three cats so we needed another litter box, and this one is amazing there is No smell which i didnt expect its super easy to use all i have to do is take the box out every few days to throw the poop bag out. Its really quiet while cleaning and the anti pinch system is really good to have because our cats are really curious and cant stop spectating when it cleans their pee or poop. The app is also really fun i can always tell who uses the toilet when because of the cats weight and time my biggest one apparently weighs 20 pounds and takes 130 seconds on average

I am on my second litter robot. My first one I had for about a month when I had to have it replaced. Company sent one out right away. After about six months with box number two we need a mother board. My daughter has had to come and try to fix y problem, on,t scoop to dump bin, several times. I purchased this litter box because the price was right and it was big enough for 2 larger size cats. I wanted to see if my cats would use it without breaking the bank. The first week, I set it up so they could check it out, but they could still use their regular box. They took to it right away with no problem. It is very quiet, and the only problem has been that my cats are curious when it starts working and they stop it by sticking their head in to see what's going on inside. But that's a safety feature on this unit. It is easy to set up! I'm hoping to never have to clean a litter box the old way ever again!

I’ve really enjoyed this automatic cat litter box! It definitely helps keep pet odors to a minimum, and it makes the maintenance of a litter box so much easier (and much less smelly). It did take a little getting used to at first, but now I’m very happy to have it.
One thing I appreciate is that I can use my own litter. I use the Scoop Away brand, and it works just fine. I have a 4-pound exotic shorthair, and he’s had no issues adjusting to it. Overall, this has been a great investment and makes cat care more convenient and pleasant.

It is the best cat poop cleaner that could ever exist! It was easy to put together, it is spacious for my cat, and the bad smell is not everywhere, it is easy to use and I also love the app! Where can I see how many times it has been used and how many times it has been cleaned, you can use it manually or automatically, you can change the light to different colors and the sensor works perfectly! My cat has wanted to get in to play with the litter and the sensor stops its work while it is doing its job. The litter is always clean there are no pieces of poop anywhere. Sometimes I doubt if my cat pooped but when I open the place where the machine throws out all the dirt, everything is there, without a bad smell because it also has a compartment to put scent tablets and the machine has everything! I have not had any issues with it’s functionality.
I originally used it as a manual box because my cat was scared of it when it would clean. (I strongly suggest gradually introducing an automatic litter box to a cat not used to one because we had some issues at first with my cat not wanting to use it). In manual mode you just have to press the "clean" button and
it cleans the box. I love love love that this has an app because I was able to manually clean the box while we were on vacation through the app! After she got used to it I changed it to automatic to clean 30 minutes after she uses it. The safety sensor is very sensitive which doesn't make me worry about her getting trapped in the box when it cleans. We change the litter drawer every week on trash day and have not had any issues with it overflowing (we only have 1 cat so may be different with multiples). I like the convenience of just removing the bag and replacing it instead of having to scoop litter! I truly think it helps with the litter box smell in our house compared to a regular litter box. When I change/add litter I wipe down the liner with a Clorox wipe and spray it with pooph odor eliminator.

Let's be honest, cleaning litter boxes sucks. It's extra bad for us, because our dogs, for whatever reason, just LOVE cat doo, so we had to be on point, all the time - with two cats, we were scooping poo out of the litter box 10 times a day, or else our dogs would greet us with crunchy happy faces. We finally splurged on this device, and it is a GAME CHANGER. It's more than big enough to support two cats, it's very well built, heavy enough to be stable but light enough to move around and do the occasional internal cleaning (once every month or so it's a good idea to wipe down the walls). The robe-cleaning mechanism is very clever - it's quiet enough that we don't notice it running at night. It has a clever app that goes along with it that gives a wealth of information you never thought was possible; what cat when to the bathroom when, what kind of bathroom, HOW MUCH YOUR CAT WEIGHS (!!!), litter levels...it's ingenious. And the way it's built, and the way it cleans, means there are no more doo-treats for the beagles.

For how much this litter box cost I really would expect a lot more. There is a gravity trigger and a sensor trigger that constantly goes off. It stops the drum from fully rotating and then you have to manually reset it from the app. I find myself doing this every other time my cats used the litter box. It eliminates the need for scooping, but now I feel like I have to babysit the litter box on top of everything else. It does not mask. The smell as well as other reviews are saying that it does and I find myself having to manually scrape off pee chunks and poop chunks from the removable tray. Sad to say I would not recommend this.

It comes with a deodorant pod but I recommend buying deodorant beads or powder as well. I was very skeptical when my wife brought up she wanted to bring her cat. I really didn’t think it was a product. I didn’t take it but because I’m ever loving supporting husband, happy wife happy life I went along.
It arrived in a nice package very lightweight with all the items shipped inside. The drum and assembly was very easy and it came with a very large instruction card on how to put it together as well as how to operate the app and I didn’t even need my glasses to read.
We use the combination of treats patient get our cats used to use it and now they really love the product and we enjoy the convenience of not having to empty the box every day or every few days as well as as much cleaner and much less hassle and no smell

This thing does it's job, it scoops the litter all by itself but there's a few downsides.
1) when it's full, It doesn't notify you or blink or something. Instead it just opens the bottom where all the feces is stored and leaves it open. Most of the time I know I need to replace it after it's been three hours and my house smells like cat feces.
2) you can't empty the litter box with the button. My guess is you have to use the app. I've hit the button a thousand times and it won't empty the box.

The app is great and the size of this box is great. A big con is the leaking of pee. As the photos show, the liner has gaps and those gaps just allow pee to get all over. I only used this for a week and found pee all down the inside of the drum. Overtime, this would progressively smell worse and worse. Luckily I noticed within the return window. The rake also has large holes and sometimes breaks the clumps into small pieces. Now I have to pack this stinky used box up to send back to the company. It’s not saving me anytime and I wish I would’ve just spent more for a better unit.

Have only had this for a month & the drum is constantly getting stuck in rotation. Ive cleaned it, wiped the sensor, made sure the litter drawer is placed properly, & that the litter wasnt too full. Nothing fixes it. I have to keep pushing the restart button to get it to finish the cycle. Wouldnt recommend

Love this self cleaning litter box. After years of trying other litter boxes, this one makes life so easy. Odors is concealed with a closed off bin where waste is dumped right after cats eliminate. I have two cats and they learned how to use it right away. Every couple of days I pull out the bin and seal up the disposable bag with the waste. I replace it with a new bag and slide the bin back in and my task is done. The litter box comes with two rolls of disposable bags. Great system and works great.

Only had this for about a week, but initial impressions are that it works great and is of very good quality. It was easy to assembly and seems built very sturdy. It is quite large, so keep that in mind.
It seems to function very well. The app keeps a log of when cats enter - recording their weight and toilet duration - then self-cleans after they are done. Cleaning is smooth and works very well. The sensors pickup the cats (or my hand) entering while cleaning and quickly stop it... resuming after things are clear. So I think this is pretty safe.
It controls smell well by sealing off the "used litter" compartment while not in use. It's also easy to empty (replace) the used litter bag (it comes with 2 rolls of bags - maybe 50-60 of them?).
The only slight downside I see is the app is a little quirky. It was clearly written in another language (Chinese?) and a few things are odd about it - but it does work well overall. I'm also not sure how accurate the weight sensor is as it sometimes gives readings that seem too high/low. Examples: 2.5 lbs (none of my cats are that small) or 30.8 lbs (none are that big), but maybe that's just the cats playing with it causing bad readings....
Last note: This thing will save you a LOT of litter vs a standard litter box as it quickly separates used litter from clean litter, only using a small amount of litter each time!

The sensor must constantly be cleaned because this gets stuck in the middle of cleaning when the sensor is blocked and doesn’t clean after the cats when the use it, making the little clog up and get stuck in the top. The sensor must be a pin size because it is seriously ALYWAYS getting blocked! Was hoping to save time and the stink but… this is not happening when it’s not cleaning its self like it is supposed too… this is a daily thing and still daily needs to keep it running…. Very disappointed. If I know it would’ve been this much work I would’ve just the traditional box! Which is easier to clean by the way!

I haven’t tried the online features as my internet at my new house hasent started yet BUT I’m loving this !! I hate scooping cat litter but I love my cats , I have 2! I was worried that my senior rescue cat wouldn’t use it but he took to it very quickly and both my cats fit well!!
It’s retained a couple spots of used litter on the straining tray but the brush it comes with works to just swipe it off ! I’ve only had it for about a week and my cats use the bathroom ALOT especially my kitten so I’ve changed the collecting bag twice once it reaches about half full (when I start to smell it ). It came with 2 rolls of the bags for the tray and they will last me awhile. The sensors detect the cat well and I have had no issues so far !

We received our Fumoi Self Cleaning litter box back in May 2025. We purchased it for a small kitten. The unit's entrance was quite high so we stacked books so our kitten could climb into the litter box by herself. Simple packaging and minimal assembly required. From unpacking the unit to full operation with mechanical litter box litter (not included) fully operational was under 5 minutes. Instructions were easy and clear. We have the litter box in my wife's small office. Not once have we smelled the stench of a litter box. This thing works as advertised...zero issues in almost 5 months of daily usage. I have to say at first I was skeptical of this thing and thought my car would never go in it! However I was proven wrong, this litter box is pretty cool, easy, and convenient. The app tells you how many times your cat used it and how many times it has went through a cleaning cycle. It has a color changing light inside for a night light and it also keeps track of your kitties weight. All in all I have to say this thing is great!

I had this in the box for a bit before I set it up, mostly because my kittens were too small to meet the weight requirements. I must say I was a bit intimidated when I first opened the box but I was pleasantly surprised because the assembly and internet hook up was seamless. The instructions were great! It took a few weeks for my kittens to get used to the use of that. I just kept putting them in there and now they use it regularly. It's quiet and the clean up is life changing. No more scooping. I still have the other littler box out but I will be purchasing another one to take its place. I have two cats so really need another one. Love the app since it tells me when they are going and when to change the bag. The price is also great

Great, affordable automatic litter box! My kitties were a little unsure at first, but I put in some litter attractant and now all four of them use it. With four cats, I REALLY value not having to scoop the litter box every day. I can also see in the app when it was used and the duration of the pee/poop. It notifies me when the bag needs changed and it cycles automatically! It also came with a good bit of bags to start which was super helpful.

Love not having to clean out the litter box everyday. Ideal for 1-2 cats. It is quiet. It’s easy to use except it does sit up off the ground higher than some. Because of this, the cats get litter all over outside of box. Would recommend a larger mat underneath.

We have three cats so we needed another litter box, and this one is amazing there is No smell which i didnt expect its super easy to use all i have to do is take the box out every few days to throw the poop bag out. Its really quiet while cleaning and the anti pinch system is really good to have because our cats are really curious and cant stop spectating when it cleans their pee or poop. The app is also really fun i can always tell who uses the toilet when because of the cats weight and time my biggest one apparently weighs 20 pounds and takes 130 seconds on average

I am on my second litter robot. My first one I had for about a month when I had to have it replaced. Company sent one out right away. After about six months with box number two we need a mother board. My daughter has had to come and try to fix y problem, on,t scoop to dump bin, several times. Today Sophie wanted to throw it out the window. I can’t recommend this older vision 12/24 . Hope the new one works well for veryone.

I purchased this litter box because the price was right and it was big enough for 2 larger size cats. I wanted to see if my cats would use it without breaking the bank. The first week, I set it up so they could check it out, but they could still use their regular box. They took to it right away with no problem. It is very quiet, and the only problem has been that my cats are curious when it starts working and they stop it by sticking their head in to see what's going on inside. But that's a safety feature on this unit. It is easy to set up! I'm hoping to never have to clean a litter box the old way ever again!

I’ve really enjoyed this automatic cat litter box! It definitely helps keep pet odors to a minimum, and it makes the maintenance of a litter box so much easier (and much less smelly). It did take a little getting used to at first, but now I’m very happy to have it.
One thing I appreciate is that I can use my own litter. I use the Scoop Away brand, and it works just fine. I have a 4-pound exotic shorthair, and he’s had no issues adjusting to it. Overall, this has been a great investment and makes cat care more convenient and pleasant.

It is the best cat poop cleaner that could ever exist! It was easy to put together, it is spacious for my cat, and the bad smell is not everywhere, it is easy to use and I also love the app! Where can I see how many times it has been used and how many times it has been cleaned, you can use it manually or automatically, you can change the light to different colors and the sensor works perfectly! My cat has wanted to get in to play with the litter and the sensor stops its work while it is doing its job. The litter is always clean there are no pieces of poop anywhere. Sometimes I doubt if my cat pooped but when I open the place where the machine throws out all the dirt, everything is there, without a bad smell because it also has a compartment to put scent tablets and the machine has everything!
