Your app is hard to locate. You don't show anywhere in your description what app it is or called. The box CONSTANTLY BLINKS regardless of what we try doing. So very dissapointed in this box.

I’ve had three cats in my lifetime and currently have one at home. I’ve tried several types of litter boxes, and my main pain points have always been: (1) litter spilling when cats come out of the box and needing cleaning every day or two, (2) odor buildup if the box isn’t scooped frequently, even with the covered ones, and (3) difficulty traveling—larger litter boxes helped for 3–4 days but not beyond that. This automatic litter box has solved all of these issues. It self-cleans after every use, so there’s no odor buildup. You don’t need a deep layer of litter since the surface is always fresh. Somehow, no litter gets spilled outside. I was even able to leave home for ~2 weeks with no worries about cleaning. The machine is high quality and very easy to assemble, much easier than I expected. Once set up it’s intuitive to use. It’s also quite responsive: if a cat comes near during cleaning, it immediately pauses. The app was simple to connect via Wi-Fi and reacts instantly. In the app, you can change the LED colors or turn the lighting off, track how many times your cat uses the litter box each day (quite helpful while traveling), switch between automatic and manual cleaning modes, view your cat’s weight (take it with a grain of salt, ours is 13 lb, and the app shows 12–15 lb). Noise level is low during cleaning and no noise at all most time of the day. Our cat is timid so I was at first worried that it gets scared about the machine. But Mochi got curious and knew that this was a new toilet, and quickly switched to use this new one :). Plus, it has good aesthetics and looks like a fancy furniture. Just that the top is quite slippery, our cat tried jumping onto it and got slipped off... Also be mindful that size is large so make sure you have room. Overall, it has been a great upgrade that eliminated the usual litter box hassles and prepares us for the upcoming travels.

This litter box is amazing! It's pretty quiet, you can change the brightness and colors of the little night light, it beeps at you when you turn it on and I've seen my cat trigger the anti pinch mechanism so many times XD (it even tells you in the app) Oh you can set it to start cleaning a min or 5 mins after they go, it tracks their weight, and the bin that catches the litter is so big I store the bags and little brush in their for easy access. Love this litter box.

I'm beyond pleased that i purchased this litterbox for my cat. He loves to be clean at all times yet goes too often to his litterbox & this litterbox is ideal for that. It always cleans itself, big enough for multiple use/ day & certainly enough for 2 weeks of CLEAN which is what i need when i travel back home. I don't smell any odor. I use Fresh Step litter for better smell. Very easy to clean & looks stylish even in the living room. Very nice quality too, tough yet smooth. Also extremely quite i never hear it working when sleeping nest to it & super sensitive & safe to my cat which is extremely important. Don't think twice, this is the ONE!

Overall, the litter box does what it needs to do. Two things I do notice is I have to change out the trash bag compartment every five days even though it says 15 days the smells too strong … sometimes litter , poop and pee can get stuck on the litter box grails inside but I think that’s just with all automatic litter boxes. For $220. This does the job.

The space isn’t huge but it actually allows me to use much less cat litter than normal cat litter box while still serving the purpose. It’s not too loud but I have to admit it’s super slow when it cleans. I’ve used it for two weeks now but still haven’t seen any problem with leaking. They have a deodorant but I haven’t used it, because the smell simply doesn’t come out too much (again, much better than normal boxes). The design is super cute, and I love how I can change colors in the app!!! The fact it connects to an app also makes it super easy for me to constantly monitor my cat. Love the quality and design, as well as how convenient it is. Definitely worth the price!!

This litter box is great. I considered the top-of-the-line Litter Robot and this one is about 1/4th the price and does the job just as well without being as bulky. I wish they had included a step for the cats to get into the opening, but I took a $5 Target plastic litter box and turned it upside down to act as a step. The machine is quiet and just works. No complaints.

This is a great litter box! I have no worries of it injuring my cat since it stops if anything, even my hand, enters the box. It’s relatively compact compared to others, can be moved pretty easily, and the remote control app is convenient so you can track what’s happening with your cat even while away. That said, I have some feedback: Mochi likes to urinate right at the edge of the box and oftentimes the clump will not drop into the bottom; it just stays stuck. The only way I can remove it is manually which isn’t fun. Also, the box smells and the bottom shelf needs to be emptied daily so that it doesn’t stink to high heaven. I’ve used natural cleaners to address the smell but it doesn’t help all that much. I think once cat urine gets anywhere it just doesn’t leave no matter what you do. Is this a better option than a manual cat litter? Yes, but having my cat go outside is always the preferred option unfortunately.
